Bubbly Bar Mimosa

Champagne

Orange Juice

Optional extras like vodka, Grand Marnier, Chambord


1. At Bubbly Bar, we like to mix equal parts champagne and orange juice.  Add an optional floater to tickle your fancy

Holiday Spritzer

1/2 c. cranberries, frozen  

1 tbsp. granulated sugar  

Ice 2 c. cranberry juice 

1 c. orange juice 

1 c. vodka 

1 c. champagne 


1.  In a small bowl, combine frozen cranberries and sugar. 


2.  Fill 4 glasses with ice. Divide cranberry juice, orange juice, and vodka between glasses. Top each glass off with champagne and garnish with sugared cranberries.

Harvest Bubbly

6 c. ice

1/2 gal. apple cider

1 (750 mL) bottle champagne, chilled 

1 c. vodka

2 (12-oz.) can ginger beer

3 apples, sliced

2 oranges, sliced into triangles, plus more for rimming

8 cinnamon sticks

Cinnamon sugar, for rimming


1.  In a large punch bowl, add ice. Pour in apple cider, champagne, vodka, and ginger beer. Add apples, oranges, and cinnamon sticks. 


2.  Using an orange slice, wet rim of glasses, then dip into cinnamon sugar, turning to coat. Serve punch in rimmed glasses.

Bubbly Mule

2 oz. vodka

2 oz. fresh lime juice

4 oz. ginger beer

Chilled champagne (or prosecco), for topping

Lime wedges, for serving


1.  Rim two glasses with a slice of lime and dip in sugar.


2.  Divide vodka, ginger beer, champagne, and orange juice into two glasses. Serve.

Raspberry Mimosa

1 lemon wedge

1/4 c. granulated sugar, for rim

1/4 c. raspberry sorbet

4 oz. Chambord

1 bottle sparkling moscato

Raspberries, for garnish


1.  Rim 4 glasses with a lemon wedge, then dip in sugar. Place a small scoop of sorbet in each glass, then top with Chambord, sparkling moscato, and a few fresh raspberries.

Bubbly Marg

1/2 c. fresh lime juice

1 c. silver tequila

1/2 c. orange liqueur

1 bottle champagne (about 3 cups)

lime wedges, for rim

salt, for rim


1.  Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and stir well.


2. Run lime wedges around the rim of each champagne flute and dip the rims in coarse salt.


3.  Divide margaritas between flutes and garnish with lime wedges.
